摘 要:以某60 000载重吨半潜船为例,利用中国船级社开发的稳性计算软件Compass对其在载货下潜作业过程中的初稳性进行研究。针对半潜船搭载双驳船和海洋平台模块形成的"叠船系统",建立把双驳船和平台的重量看作外载荷与计入双驳船的浮力对稳性的贡献2种计算模型,对稳心到基线高度、横稳心高等稳性参数随吃水的变化规律进行研究。结果表明,计入双驳船的浮力对稳性的贡献可有效改善半潜船在下潜作业过程中稳性不足的危险。研究结果可供半潜船运输大型海洋模块新模式的安全评估参考。In this paper, a 60 000 dwt semi-submersible vessel is taken as the example to study the initial stability of the semi-submersible vessel loaded with cargo in diving operation by using the stability calculation software Compass developed by China Classification Society. Two calculation models are established for the “stacked ship system” of the semi-submersible vessel carrying either two barges or offshore platform modules. Both models take the weight of the dual barges and the platform modules as external loadings and considers the contribution of buoyancy of the dual barges to stability. The patterns of the metacentric height above baseline, the transversal stability height and other parameters changed with draft are studied. The result shows that the hazard of insufficient stability in diving operation can be mitigated by considering the buoyancy of the dual barges. It may provide reference for the safety assessment of transporting large marine modules by semi-submersible vessels.
