摘 要:为了研究煤气化细渣(coal gasification fine slag,CGFS)对不同性质染料的吸附性能,利用红外光谱分析(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附-脱附和热重-差示扫描量热(TG-DSC)对CGFS表面官能团、物相组成、孔结构及热稳定性进行测试表征,通过染料吸附实验,研究CGFS对不同染料的吸附动力学和吸附热力学。结果表明:CGFS主要以无机矿物形式存在,主要晶相为SiO_(2),且碳含量较高,在550℃以下具有良好的热稳定性;CGFS对分散深蓝H-GL(DDB)几乎没有吸附效果;100℃干燥后的CGFS,在投加量0.1 g、环境温度25℃、吸附时间105 min、染料质量浓度50 mg·L^(-1)的条件下,对罗丹明B(RhB)及活性艳橙K-GN(RBO)的吸附量分别为48.62 mg·g^(-1)和46.03 mg·g^(-1)。CGFS对罗丹明B及活性艳橙K-GN的吸附过程均遵循拟一级动力学模型,不同温度下的等温吸附模型均符合Freundlich等温式。CGFS对罗丹明B和活性艳橙K-GN的吸附为物理吸附,平均吸附能分别为7.8326 kJ·mol^(-1)和2.4864 kJ·mol^(-1)。CGFS对2种染料的吸附过程都是吸热的,升高温度有利于染料的吸附。To study the adsorption properties of coal gasification fine slag(CGFS)for dyes with different properties,the functional groups,phase composition,pore structure and thermal stability of CGFS were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),N2adsorption-desorption and thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC)methods.The adsorption kinetics and adsorption thermodynamics of CGFS to different dyes were studied by dye adsorption experiments.The results show that the CGFS mainly exists in the form of inorganic minerals,the main crystal phase is SiO_(2),and the carbon content is high,and it has good thermal stability below 550℃.CGFS has almost no adsorption effect on dispersed dark blue H-GL.After drying at 100℃,and CGFS dosage is 0.1 g,the ambient temperature is 25℃,the adsorption time is 105 min,and the dye concentration is 50 mg·L^(-1),the adsorption capacity of rhodamine B(RhB)and active bright orange K-GN(RBO)is 48.62 mg·g^(-1)and 46.03 mg·g^(-1),respectively.The adsorption process of CGFS for RhB and RBO follows the pseudo-first-order kinetic model,and the adsorption isotherm models at different temperatures are in accordance with the Freundlich isotherm.The adsorption of RhB and RBO by CGFS was physical adsorption,and the average adsorption energies are 7.8326 and 2.4864 kJ·mol^(-1),respectively.The adsorption process of both dyes by CGFS is endothermic,and the increase in temperature facilitates its adsorption of dyes.
