摘  要:为了优化竹笋壳纤维脱胶工艺,采用碱氧一浴法对竹笋壳纤维进行脱胶,以脱胶率为评价指标,设计正交试验,得到了提取竹笋壳纤维脱胶的最优方案。即,氢氧化钠20 g/L,过氧化氢20 mL/L,浴比1∶40,90℃恒温水浴处理3.5 h,此时脱胶率为56.71%。红外光谱结果表明,处理后的竹笋壳纤维中的大部分胶质被去除,纤维素含量明显提高。此方法可为生产优质竹笋壳纤维,制造符合可持续发展理念的纺织工业原料提供参考。In order to optimize the degumming process of bamboo shoot shell fiber,the degumming of bamboo shoot shell fiber was carried out by the alkali-oxygen one-bath method.With the degumming rate as the evaluation index,the orthogonal test was designed,and the optimal scheme for extracting bamboo shoot shell fiber was obtained.Namely,sodium hydroxide 20 g/L,hydrogen peroxide 20 mL/L,bath ratio 1∶40,90℃constant temperature water bath treatment for 3.5 hours,at this time,the degumming rate is 56.71%.The infrared spectrum results show that most of the gum in the treated bamboo shoot shell fiber is removed,and the cellulose content is significantly increased.This method can provide reference for the production of high-quality bamboo shoot shell fiber and textile industrial raw materials in line with the concept of sustainable development.
