摘　　要：采用药芯焊丝电弧焊研究了在12Cr2Mo1钢基材上堆焊Inconel 600(ENiCr3T0-4)耐蚀层的工艺性能。此工艺技术主要用于实现压力容器法兰圆角处、环缝补焊部位等的堆焊过程。通过对试件的堆焊层无损检测以及化学成分、宏观及微观组织、力学性能和耐晶间腐蚀性能的理化性能检验项目进行验证,结果表明,采用该焊接工艺方案,可以获得优质的堆焊焊道,堆焊层的各项性能满足标准要求。Flux-cored arc welding with CO2gas shielding was used to study the welding usability of surfacing Inconel 600(ENiCr3T0-4) corrosion-resistant layer on 12Cr2Mo1 steel substrate. This process technology is mainly used to realize the surfacing process of flange circular, ring seam repair welding of pressure-vessel. It is fully approved to meet the requirement of standards after all kinds of test result was acceptable including NDT, chemical composition test, macro section test, microstructure test, mechanical properties test, intergranular corrosion test.
