摘 要:采用自动TIG焊对TA2管子管板进行试验,通过焊前清理、焊接工装、坡口形式、焊接参数、焊接顺序、焊后无损检测、宏观检测及力学性能等试验,对焊接接头进行研究,结果表明:焊前使用无水乙醇对换热管与管板焊接区域及周围母材进行清理;焊接时使用大直径喷嘴进行保护,同时结合气体保护工装对换热管内部进行保护;采用J型坡口可保证焊接接头根部良好熔合;在保证根部充分熔合的情况下,使用小电流焊接参数进行焊接;焊接时在周围换热管内部插入冷却工装,采用跳焊的焊接方式进行焊接;通过上述措施可保证TA2管子管板焊接接头质量,可用于产品生产制造。The test of TA2 tube and tubesheet was carried by TIG welding. The welded joint was studied through pre-welding cleaning, welding fixtures, groove form, welding parameter, welding sequence, non-destructive, macrostructure and mechanical properties tests. The results showed that using alcohol cleaned tube and tubesheet welding area and surrounding base metal before welding, using the major diameter nozzle for positive protection during welding, while the use of air protect fixture to protect the internal tube at the same time;J type groove could ensure good fusion of root welding;Under the condition that the root was fully fused, the welding was carried out with low current welding parameters;When welding, the cooling fixture was inserted inside the surrounding tube, and the welding method of jump welding was used for welding, through the above measures, the quality of welding joint could be guaranteed, and it could be used for product manufacturing.
