摘 要:铼是地壳中一种极度分散的元素,在航空航天领域发挥着不可替代的作用,是我国急需而紧缺的战略性矿产资源。近年来,辽河油田在钱家店地区勘探铀矿的同时,发现了铼元素的富集。通过室内矿石元素检测分析及相关资料的研究,认为铀、铼两种元素同层近同区富集,资源丰富。但目前尚未有对砂岩型铼矿进行成功开采或回收的先例。对钱家店铀矿地浸注采循环液进行元素检测分析,落实了矿山地浸开采的全流程均具有铼元素的痕量赋存,随后开展了铼元素回收方法优选、吸附树脂研制、铼洗脱剂研发等科技创新攻关。这是采铀地浸液室内和现场痕量铼的提取试验。室内试验提取铼酸铵4.72g,纯度99.99%;现场一期试验,提取铼酸铵343.9g,纯度99.14%;现场二期试验,提取铼酸铵211.1g,纯度99.99%。目前在不改变现有地浸采铀工艺的情况下,利用该技术可实现地浸液赋存铼的工业化回收,对现有矿山经济效益的提升和全国铼资源产能的提升都具有重要意义。Rhenium is an extremely dispersed element in the earth’s crust,which plays an irreplaceable role in the field of aerospace.It is a strategic mineral resource in urgent need and shortage in China.In recent years,the enrichment of rhenium has been found in the Qianjiadian area of Liaohe Oilfield.Based on the analysis of ore elements in laboratory and the study of related data,it is considered that uranium and rhenium are enriched in the same layer,near the same area and the resources are rich.However,there is no precedent for successful mining or recovery of sandstone type rhenium ore at present.In this papr,through the element detection and analysis of the circulating solution of in-situ leaching injection and production of Qianjiadian uranium mine,the trace occurrence of rhenium in the whole process of mining in situ leaching has been confirmed,and then the scientific and technological innovation research such as the optimization of rhenium recovery method,the development of adsorption resin,and the development of rhenium eluent has been carried out.4.72g ammonium rhenate was extracted in laboratory test,and the purity was 99.99%;In the field phase I test,343.9g ammonium rhenate was extracted with a purity of 99.14%;In the field phase II test,211.1g ammonium rhenate was extracted with a purity of 99.99%.At present,without changing the existing in-situ leaching uranium mining process,the industrial recovery of rhenium in-situ leaching solution can be realized by using this technology,which is of great significance to the improvement of the economic benefits of existing mines and the productivity of rhenium resources in China.
