摘 要:电化学储能电站是新能源建设的重要环节,协调控制器是保证电化学储能电站安全可靠运行的关键二次设备。针对协调控制器开展动模试验的诸多难点,分析了协调控制器及其控制策略、电化学储能电站中电池管理系统(battery management system, BMS)与储能变流器(power conversion system, PCS)的特性以及协调控制器GOOSE数据交互等三方面问题。通过对BMS与PCS特性仿真方法的研究,提出了针对多个BMS与PCS的层级化建模技术。根据模型计算及数据交互要求,研发了实时仿真方法及GOOSE数据收发机制。在此基础上,搭建了实时仿真系统与协调控制器装置的闭环环境,制定试验方案并开展了完整的动模试验。模型的实时运行及动模试验的开展证明了针对协调控制器动模试验技术的可行性。The electrochemical energy storage power station is the key link in new energy construction, and the coordination controller is the core secondary equipment to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the electrochemical energy storage power station. Given the difficulties in dynamic simulation testing of the coordination controller, this paper analyzes the coordination controller and its control strategy, the characteristics of battery management system(BMS) and power conversion system(PCS), and the GOOSE data interaction. Through research on the simulation method of BMS and PCS characteristics, a hierarchical modeling technology for multiple BMSs and PCSs is proposed. According to the requirements of model calculation and data interaction, a real-time simulation method and a GOOSE data sending and receiving mechanism are developed. A hardware-in-the-loop environment of the real-time simulation system is built, a dynamic simulation test scheme is formulated and a complete dynamic simulation test is finished. The real-time operation of the model and the dynamic simulation test proved the feasibility of the dynamic simulation test technology for the coordinated controller.
