摘  要:随着电网容量的不断扩大以及智能电网的发展,对供电的可靠性、安全性提出了更高要求。低压开关电器的性能以及各开关电器之间的协调配合与电力系统的可靠性密切相关。从提高电力系统控制与保护功能可靠性需求出发,阐述低压配电网主回路中常用的电磁电器如接触器与断路器的现状、技术要求以及存在的不足,指出低压电磁电器集成技术发展的必要性;综述新型原理结构技术的国内外研究现状,总结出该技术的3种实现形式;分析集成化过程中必要的智能控制技术,包括故障辨识与运动过程最优控制技术;最后探讨了低压电磁电器集成技术趋势。With the continuous expansion of power grid capacity and the development of smart grid, higher requirements are put forward for the reliability and safety of power supply.The performance of low voltage switching devices and the coordination between various switching devices are closely related to the reliability of power system.Starting from improving the reliability requirements of power system control and protection functions, the present situation, technical requirements and shortcomings of electromagnetic apparatus commonly used in the main circuit of low voltage distribution network such as contactors and circuit breakers are expounded, and the necessity of the development of integration technology of low voltage electromagnetic apparatus is pointed out.The research status of the new principle structure technology at home and abroad and three realization forms of this technology are summarized.The necessary intelligent control technology in the integrattion process is analyzed, including fault identification and optimal control of motion process.Finally, the trend of low voltage electromagnetic apparatus integration technology is discussed.
