摘 要:为了研究触头喷溅烧蚀对直流开断的影响,通过添加平衡方程建立了电弧-触头相互耦合模型,运用动网格技术模拟了喷溅后触头表面的形貌变化,并进行了拉弧仿真。结果表明,触头表面温度的升高促进了阴极表面的热电发射,使电流密度增大。发生喷溅后,触头间的电场强度发生畸变,不利于电弧的开断,但一定浓度金属蒸气的存在有利于电弧的熄灭。In order to study the effect of contact splash on DC breaking, the model of arc-contact mutual coupling was established by adding equilibrium equations.The morphology change of the contact surface after splashing was simulated by using the dynamic grid technology and arc pulling simulation was performed.The results show that the increase of the contact surface temperature promotes the thermoelectric emission on the cathode surface and increases the current density.The distortion of the electric field strength between the contacts after splashing is not conducive to the breaking of the arc, but the existence of a certain concentration of metal vapor is conducive to the extinguishing of the arc.
