摘　　要：针对外置断路器在实验室进行综合性能检测时需搭建不同的试验环境,设计一种多功能一体化的外置断路器综合性能检测装置,解决不同试验项目间的重复性接线问题。通过分析南方电网公司对于外置断路器的技术要求,采用电脑、PLC、调压器、继电器、信号采集电路等部件对检测原理相近的检测项目进行软硬件设计,完成电压、电流、时间信号变化数据采集分析和结论判定。装置可选择进行电平控制、驱动能力、泄漏电流、自动分合闸时间等多项试验项目,可有效解决不同检测项目需构建不同检测环境的问题,具有结构简单、高效可靠的特点。In view of the need to build different test environments for the external circuit breaker comprehensive performance testing in the laboratory, a multifunctional integrated external circuit breaker comprehensive performance testing device is designed to solve the problem of repetitive wiring between different test items.By analyzing the technical requirements of China Southern Power Grid Company Limited for external circuit breakers, the device uses computer, PLC,voltage regulator, relay, signal acquisition circuit and other components to design the software and hardware of the detection items with the similar detection principles, and complete the data acquisition analysis and conclusion determination of voltage, current and time signal changes.The device can be selected for level control, drive ability, leakage current, automatic closing time and other test items, which can effectively solve the problem of different test items need to build different test environment, have the characteristics of simple structure, high efficiency and reliability.
