摘  要:基于空气耦合超声探伤系统实现数据采集和可视化以及系统控制目的,使用C++语言和Qt开发工具设计上位机软件,通过CH340芯片转UART接口进行采集数据的读取,进而实现数据转换、存储、实时显示等功能。该软件利用C++语言面向对象特性和Qt界面开发快速的优点,提高软件开发效率及可扩展性。实际运行结果表明,软件各模块功能运行良好,采集数据接收处理准确快速,上位机长时间连续工作稳定运行,缺陷成像结果与实际缺陷一致,基本符合空气耦合超声探伤系统设计要求。Based on the air-coupled ultrasonic flaw detection system to achieve data acquisition and visualization and system control purposes,use C++language and Qt development tools to design the host computer software,and read the acquired data through the CH340 chip to the UART interface,thereby realizing data conversion,storage,and real-time display.and other functions.This software makes full use of the object-oriented features of C++language and the advantages of rapid development of Qt interface,which greatly improves the efficiency and scalability of software development.The actual operation results show that the functions of each module of the software work well,the collected data is received and processed accurately and quickly,the host computer runs stably for a long time continuously,and the defect imaging results are consistent with the actual defects,which basically meet the design requirements of the air-coupled ultrasonic flaw detection system.
