摘 要:全尾砂的沉降浓缩是全尾砂膏体充填的核心工艺,针对武山铜矿全尾砂的物化特性,开展絮凝沉降试验,确定絮凝剂的类型、絮凝剂溶液的制备浓度、尾砂浆的给料浓度和絮凝剂的添加量。结果表明:阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺(简称APAM)为最佳絮凝剂,相对分子量为1×10^(7)的APAM絮凝剂最佳配比浓度为1‰,尾砂浆的最佳给料浓度和絮凝剂单耗分别为15%和20 g/t。当尾砂浆给料浓度为15%, APAM添加量为20 g/t时,最快沉降速度可达到1.451 cm/s。The sedimentation and concentration of the unclassified tailings is the core process of tailings paste backfilling. According to the physicochemical properties of unclassified tailings in Wushan Copper Mine, a flocculation sedimentation test was carried out to determine the type of flocculant, the preparation concentration of flocculant solution, the feed concentration of tailings slurry and the amount of flocculant added. The results show that the best type of flocculant is anionic polyacrylamide(APAM), the best preparation concentration of APAM flocculant with a relative molecular weight of 1×10^(7) is 1‰, the best feed concentration and flocculant dosage for unclassified tailings in Wushan Copper Mine is 15% and 20 g/t. When the feed concentration is 15% and the amount of flocculant added is 20 g/t, the fastest settling speed reaches 1.451 cm/s.
