摘  要:步进台是传统法电解始极片加工机组的重要部件,由于使用年限过长,故障频发,严重制约了机组作业速度,且难以保证始极片加工质量,已无法满足现有生产的需求。针对上述问题,经过对故障原因的深入分析研究,从结构设计和材料选用等方面对步进台初始设计进行了优化,降低了该部位的故障率,提升了机组的运行效率。The stepping platform is an important part of the traditional electrolytic starting sheet processing unit. Due to the long service life and frequent failures, the operating speed of the machine is seriously restricted, and it is difficult to guarantee the processing quality of the starting sheet, which has been unable to meet the demands of existing production. In view of the above problems, through the in-depth analysis and study of the failure causes, the initial design of stepping platform is optimized from the aspects of structural design and material selection, which reduces the failure rate of this part and improves the operation efficiency of the machine.
