超声萃取-气质联用法测定皮革中邻苯基苯酚含量的方法

摘　　要：建立气相色谱-质谱联用法测定皮革中邻苯基苯酚的含量。该实验的参数为:采用不分流模式进样,选择丙酮作为萃取溶剂,在70℃水浴超声70 min,通过气质联用仪进行分析,检出限为0.1 mg/kg,方法回收率在90%~101%之间,相对标准偏差3.6%,标准曲线相关系数0.999,重现性好,测试数据准确可靠,无需进行衍生化,缩短实验进程,操作简便。Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS) was established to determine the content of o-phenylphenol in leather. The process of this experiment is as follows: adopt non-shunt injection, select acetone as extraction solvent, sonicate in water bath at 70 ℃ for 70 minutes, analyzeby GC/MS instrument. The detection limit is 0.1 mg/kg, the recovery rate is between 90 %-101 %, the relative standard deviation is 3.6 %, and the standard curve correlation coefficient is 0.999. The method is reproducible and reliable with short process and easy operation.
