摘　　要：抽样方式直接关系到产品监督抽查判定结果的正确与否,随着互联网技术的迅速发展,网络购物成了人们日常生活方式之一,如何开展对网络产品进行质量监督成了监管部门一大课题。文章就监督抽查中网络抽样方式的问题,从监督抽查控制理论出发,结合监督抽查特点对其进行分析与探讨,指出在网络领域的产品监督抽查中,如何避免造成张冠李戴的现象,正确开展网络产品监督抽查工作。The sampling method is directly related to the correctness or not of the result of the random inspection of product supervision. With the rapid development of Internet technology, online shopping has become one of people’s daily life styles.How to carry out the quality supervision of online products has become a major issue for the supervision department. Starting from the supervision random check control theory and combining with the characteristics of supervision random check, this paper analyzes and discusses the problems of the network sampling method in the supervision random check, and points out how to avoid the confusion phenomenon in the field of network products supervision and random check, so as to carry out the supervision and random check work correctly.
