摘　　要：流域综合管理是生态文明建设的一项重要内容。根据江西省鄱阳湖流域综合管理机构设置、水资源管理、河湖长制、生态补偿制度、生态综合执法、法律法规等方面的现状,系统梳理了江西省鄱阳湖流域综合管理存在的问题,并提出推进流域机构设置,建立协调机制、统一规划、协同治理,健全流域法治体系等方面建议,可为江西省鄱阳湖流域综合管理提供参考。Comprehensive basin management is an important aspect of ecological civilization construction.Based on the current status of institutional setup, water resource management, river and lake management,ecological compensation system, comprehensive law enforcement, and regulatory framework in the Poyang Lake Basin of Jiangxi Province, this paper systematically analyzes the existing problems in comprehensive basin management and proposes suggestions for improvement, including advancing the institutional setup, establishing coordination mechanisms, unifying planning, promoting collaborative governance, and improving the legal system. These recommendations may serve as a reference for further improving comprehensive management of the Poyang Lake Basin in Jiangxi Province.
