摘  要:加强再生水利用配置是落实污水资源化利用国家相关要求的重要举措。广西北海市水资源时空分布不均,主城区及工业园区缺水严重,再生水利用对该市的可持续发展意义重大。通过分析北海市的再生水利用基础设施现状及实际利用情况,结合区域经济社会发展趋势,提出了再生水利用发展措施体系,其中包含近远期相结合的工程措施体系以及为确保工程落地的制度保障体系,有一定借鉴价值。Strengthening the allocation of renewable water resources is an important measure to implement the national requirements for sewage resource utilization. Due to the uneven distribution of water resources in time and space, the city center and industrial areas in Beihai City in Guangxi suffer from severe water shortages.Therefore, the development and utilization of renewable water resources are of great significance to the city’s sustainable development. This study analyzed the current situation and utilization of basic infrastructure for renewable water in Beihai City, and proposed a system of measures for the development of renewable water utilization. The system includes short-and long-term engineering measures and institutional safeguards to ensure the implementation of the project. These measures have certain reference values for other areas.
