摘  要:广东省小水电站数量多分布广,是经济社会发展的重要支撑,是实现“双碳”目标和乡村振兴的重要力量。随着小水电清理整改工作的推进,在新时代低碳发展的过程中,广东省小水电的可持续发展面临挑战。结合广东省小水电现状,归纳其在安全、生态、经济和社会等方面存在的问题,分析新时代广东省小水电面临形势和发展思路。为实现新时代广东省小水电可持续发展,以问题和目标为导向,从强化安全生产、推动绿色转型、复苏河湖生态、提升现代化水平、助力低碳发展和乡村振兴等几个方面提出对策建议,以期促进小水电站的生态效益、经济效益与社会效益协同发展。Small hydropower stations in Guangdong Province have a large number and wide distribution,which are an important support for local social and economic development and a key force in achieving the“double carbon”and rural revitalization goals. However, the sustainable development of small hydropower stations in Guangdong Province faces challenges in the process of low-carbon development in the new era.Based on the current situation of small hydropower stations in Guangdong Province, this paper summarizes the existing safety, ecological, economic, and social problems and analyzes the situation and development ideas of small hydropower stations in Guangdong Province in the new era. To achieve the sustainable development of small hydropower stations in Guangdong Province in the new era, this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of strengthening production safety, promoting green transformation, reviving the ecology of rivers and lakes, improving modernization levels, and promoting low-carbon development and rural revitalization. These efforts aim to promote the coordinated development of ecological,economic, and social benefits of small hydropower stations.
