载流导体回路电阻测量改进措施研究

摘  要:针对生产现场遇到的回路电阻测量问题,分析了影响回路电阻测量结果的因素,并通过试验对理论分析进行了验证。结果表明在利用绝缘杆对回路电阻进行测量时,绝缘杆端部金属导体电阻会影响测量结果,导致回路电阻测量值偏大。基于此,提出了四线制接线法和采用新型金属头的绝缘杆接线法,试验表明其测量精度均满足试验要求。In allusion to the circuit resistance measurement problem encountered at the production site,the factors affecting the circuit resistance measurement results are analyzed,and the theoretical analysis is verified by experiments.The results show that when the circuit resistance is measured by insulation rod,the resistance of the metal conductor at the end of the insulation rod affects the measurement result,resulting in larger measurement of circuit resistance.On this basis,the fourwire connection method and the insulation rod connection method with new metal hook are proposed,and the tests show that the measurement accuracy meets the test requirements.
