摘  要:针对某电厂1000 MW汽轮发电机组低压旁路阀多次出现内漏的问题,介绍了低压旁路阀内漏的危害,分析了低压旁路阀内漏的原因,提出了具体的处理措施。该厂在计划检修期间,对阀门组件进行升级改造,机组启动后阀后管道温度长期保持在30℃左右,内漏问题得到解决。In allusion to the internal leakage problem of low pressure by-pass valve of 1 000 MW steam turbine generating set in a power plant,the harm of the internal leakage of low pressure by-pass valve is introduced,the causes of the internal leakage of low pressure by-pass valve are analyzed,and the specific treatment measures are put forward. During the planned overhaul period,the plant upgraded the valve components,the pipeline temperature behind the valve remained at about 30 ℃ for a long time after the generating set is started,and the internal leakage problem is solved.
