摘 要:本文首先分析了常规变电站中继电保护配置的通用方案,并对其存在的固有缺陷进行了研究和讨论;然后在上述研究的基础上,提出了一种变电站站域集中式保护配置方案。集中式保护配置方案采用前置NICT数据采集环节的技术方法,利用过程层网络来实现全站同间隔数据共享,从而减少了CT的二次绕组数量。过程层用以太网通信代替了铜芯电缆从而实现了GOOSE信息网络化传输,使得全部二次接线的规模大幅降低。本文提出的新型智能变电站继电保护配置方案利用了智能变电站的高度信息共享的巨大优势,结合集中式配置方案,提升了保护系统的整体性能。This paper first analyzes the general scheme of relay protection configuration in conventional substation,and examines and discussed his inherent defects;and on the basis of the research,a centralized protection configuration scheme for substation field protection is proposed.The centralized protection configuration scheme adopts the technical method of pre-NICT data acquisition,through the process layer network to realize the whole station with the interval data sharing,the number of secondary windings of CT is greatly reduced.Furthermore,the network transmission of GOOSE information is realized through process layer Ethernet communication instead of copper core cable,which greatly reduces the scale of all secondary wiring.The new intelligent substation relay protection configuration scheme proposed in this paper takes advantage of the great advantage of the high degree of information sharing in intelligent substations,,combined with the centralized configuration scheme,improves the overall performance of the protection system.
