民族类博物馆图片资料和音像资料的整理、保护、利用——以北京民族文化宫博物馆为例

摘　　要：民族类博物馆不仅承担着征集、保护、修复、展示、研究各民族与民族地区丰厚物质文化遗产的责任,而且肩负着保护、传承各民族与民族地区民族风俗、非物质文化遗产、活态遗产的重要使命。因此,图片资料、音像资料的整理、保护、利用,对民族类博物馆尤为重要。以北京民族文化宫博物馆为例,系统梳理馆藏图片资料、音像资料的归档管理体系、分类与编目方法、严格规范使用、数字化等内容以及图片资料、音像资料在研究出版、展览展示、社会教育活动等方面的利用,为民族类博物馆图片资料、音像资料的整理、保护、利用提供范例。Ethnic museums not only undertake the responsibility of collecting,protecting,restoring,display-ing and studying a variety of cultural heritage of ethnic minorities and ethnic regions,but also shoulder the im-portant mission of protecting and inheriting ethnic customs,intangible cultural heritage and living heritage ofethnic minorities and ethnic regions.Therefore,the collation,protection and utilization of pictures,audio and vid-eo materials are critical for ethnic museums. This paper takes Beijing Cultural Palace Museum of Nationalitiesas an example,gives an systematic introduction of the archive management system,classification and catalogingmethods,usage standardization,digitalization and other contents of the collection of pictures and audio and vid-eo materials,as well as the utilization of pictures and audio and video materials in research and publication,ex-hibition,social and educational activities,etc. in order to provide examples for the collation,protection and utili-zation of pictures,audio and video materials in ethnic museums.
