摘 要:目的从植物形态学、药材性状特征、薄层色谱、有效成分含量、指纹图谱等方面对3种不同种质来源的土牛膝的差异性进行比较,为土牛膝质量标准提升及合理应用提供科学依据。方法在植物分类学鉴定的基础上,对采集的样本进行植物形态学观察;采用传统药材性状鉴别方法对药材性状特征进行比较;通过TLC法比较不同药材粉末薄层色谱图;采用HPLC法测定药材中β-蜕皮甾酮的含量;通过指纹图谱比较不同来源土牛膝药材相似度差异。结果3种不同种质来源土牛膝的植物形态、药材性状特征、薄层色谱图均存在一定差别;土牛膝指纹图谱标定了11个共有峰,不同来源土牛膝药材中β-蜕皮甾酮含量及指纹图谱存在显著差异。结论3种不同种质来源土牛膝在植物形态学、药材性状特征、薄层色谱、有效成分含量及指纹图谱方面均存在较大差异,应加以甄别利用。Objective To compare the differences in Achyranthes bidentata from 3 germplasm sources on plant morphology,medicinal material characteristics,thin layer chromatography(TLC),content of active ingredients,fingerprint,etc.,to provide scientific basis for quality standard and rational application of Achyranthes bidentata.Methods On the basis of plant taxonomic identification,we observed the plant morphology of collected samples.Traditional identification methods were used to compare the characters of medicinal materials.TLC method was used to compare the medicinal powder.The content ofβ-ecdysterone was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The similarity of Achyranthes bidentata from different sources was compared by fingerprint.Results There were some differences in the plant morphology,medicinal material characters and TLC of Achyranthes bidentata from 3 germplasm sources.HPLC method for the content determination and fingerprint analysis of Achyranthes bidentata was established.Totally 11 common peaks were demarcated andβ-ecdysterone content was determined in the 11 batches of Achyranthes bidentata of different sources.There were significant differences in the content ofβ-ecdysterone and fingerprints of Achyranthes bidentata from different sources.Conclusion Totally 3 Achyranthes bidentata germplasm show great differences in the plant morphology,medicinal material characters,TLC,content determination and fingerprint,etc.,which should be identified.
