匙羹藤属植物化学成分及药理活性研究进展

摘　　要：匙羹藤属植物资源分布广泛,民间药用历史悠久,其全株均可入药,嫩叶亦可作茶饮。该属植物化学成分多样,包括三萜及其苷类、C_(21)甾体皂苷类、木脂素类、酚苷类等多种结构,具有降血糖、抗肿瘤、免疫调节、抗菌、愈合伤口、保肝等生物活性。本文通过检索中国知网、PubMed等数据库,对近十年国内外有关匙羹藤属植物化学成分及药理作用的最新研究进展进行综述,以期为该属植物资源的合理开发和利用提供参考。The plant resources of Gymnema R.Br.are widely distributed and have a long history of folk medicinal use.The whole plant can be used as medicine,and the young leaves can be used as tea.The chemical constituents of this genus are diverse,including triterpenes and their glycosides,C_(21) steroidal saponins,lignans,phenolic glycosides and others.It has hypoglycemic,anti-tumor,immunomodulatory,antibacterial,wound healing,liver protection and other biological activities.In this paper,the latest research progress in the chemical constituents and pharmacological effect of Gymnema R.Br.at home and abroad in the past ten years was reviewed by searching databases such as CNKI and PubMed,to provide reference for the rational development and utilization of plant resources of this genus.
