摘　　要：目的 分析治疗小儿消化系统疾病口服剂型中成药的用药特点与组方规律,挖掘核心处方。方法 收集中国药品注册数据库中所有治疗小儿消化系统疾病的口服剂型中成药,建立规范化数据库,进行证型、症状分类,运用频数统计与Apriori关联规则分析主要证型及症状的用药特点与组方规律,发现核心处方。结果 共纳入52种中成药,含单味药136味,涉及6种证型、16种症状,其中脾失运化证、脾胃气虚证、寒湿证为主要证型,食积、纳少、腹泻为主要症状,明确了与3种证型、3种症状相关的核心处方。结论 频率统计与Apriori关联规则相结合的方法能够挖掘治疗小儿消化系统疾病口服剂型中成药的用药特点,展现中医对证治疗与对症治疗的特色,为临床治疗和新药开发提供参考。Objective To determine the components and principles of Chinese patent medicines for digestive diseases in children and the core prescriptions. Methods We searched Chinese patent drugs in oral dosage forms for digestive diseases in Chinese Pharmaceutical Registration database, and established a standardized database to classify the syndromes and symptoms. Descriptive analysis and association rule analysis based on Apriori algorithm were conducted with Microsoft Excel and SPSS Modeler respectively. Association rules and core prescriptions among Chinese patent drugs were determined. Results Totally 52 Chinese patent medicines and 136 single drugs were included,involving 6 syndrome types and 16 symptoms, in which failure of the spleen to transport pattern,spleen-stomach Qi deficiency pattern, and cold and dampness pattern were more common types, while food stagnation, less consuming and diarrhea were the main symptoms. Finally, 3 core prescriptions and 3 symptoms were clarified. Conclusion Descriptive analysis and association rule analysis can be used to determine the pharmaceutical characteristics of oral dosage forms of Chinese patent medicines for digestive diseases in children, indicating intervention of traditional Chinese medicine may the disease from both pattern and symptom respectively. This study may provide a reference for clinical treatment and new drug development.
