摘 要:以黄河三盛公库区河段为例,研究枢纽上游河段设计通航水位的确定方法,为河段桥梁设计和通航条件影响评价提供依据。研究河段为黄河闸坝式平原低水头水库库区河段,各级入库流量与设计重现期洪峰流量的差别较大。文章首先分析桥位附近1998年汛后、2012年汛后和2018年汛后实测大断面资料并进行库区回水计算,从安全角度选取了合适的计算断面;通过分析10 a一遇洪水与相应的汛期坝前水位组合和坝前正常蓄水位与相应的各级入库流量组合确定最高通航水位,通过多年历时保证率的入库流量与相应的坝前消落水位组合和坝前最低运行水位与相应的各级入库流量组合确定最低通航水位。Taking the reach of the Yellow River in the Sanshenggong reservoir reach as an example,the method for determining the design navigable water level in the upstream reach of the hydro-junction on the Yellow River is studied so as to provide a basis for the design of bridges on the reach and the evaluation of the impact of navigable conditions.The target reach of this study is the reach of the Yellow River with sluice dams in the plain low head reservoir reach,where the incoming flow at all levels and the peak discharge in the design return period differs greatly.The paper first analyzes the measured large-section data near the bridge site after the flood seasons in 1998,2012 and 2018,calculates the backwater of the reservoir reach,and selects appropriate calculation sections from the perspective of safety.The maximum navigable water level is determined by analyzing the combination of a 10-year flood with the water level before the dam in the corresponding flood season and the combination of normal pool level before the dam with the corresponding inflow flow at all levels,and the minimum navigable water level is determined by the combination of incoming flow with multi-year guarantee rate with the corresponding drawdown water level before the dam and the combination of minimum operating water level before the dam with the corresponding incoming flow at all levels.
