摘 要:以深汕特别合作区小漠国际物流港一期工程为依托,针对使用半潜驳进行双沉箱出运距离远、运输海况复杂、安装精度要求高、施工效率低等难点的研究,制定了外海长距离双沉箱出运安装整套施工技术,有效地解决了双沉箱在复杂海况下长距离运输安全风险高、安装精度差的难题,提高了沉箱出运安装的施工效率及质量,在保证施工安全的同时节约了项目成本,可为后续工程施工提供借鉴。Based on Phase I of Xiaomo International Logistics Port in Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone,research was made on such difficulties as long-distance transportation of twin caissons using a semi-submersible barge,complex transportation sea conditions,high requirements for installation accuracy and low construction efficiency and a complete set of construction technology for long-distance transportation and installation of twin caissons in the open seas was formulated,which effectively solved the problems of high safety risk of long-distance transportation of twin caissons and poor installation accuracy under complex sea conditions,improved the efficiency and quality of caisson transportation and installation,and cut down the project cost while ensuring the construction safety,thus providing reference for subsequent engineering practice.
