摘 要:针对15 m以上特厚煤层综放开采扰动强烈、矿压显现明显、液压支架工作阻力难以确定的问题。以大同矿区特厚煤层千万吨矿井为研究对象,采用理论计算、数值模拟和现场实测的方法,建立了特厚煤层综放开采“近场悬臂结构+远场砌体结构”覆岩系统模型,确定了该条件下液压支架工作阻力确定方法,揭示了控制远场砌体结构的中高位坚硬岩层结构失稳是液压支架工作阻力异常的关键原因。建立了基于FLAC的液压支架工作状态和支护阻力数值模拟分析方法,对比分析了中高位坚硬岩层处理前后,大同矿区特厚煤层开采四柱式液压支架的适应性,并采用液压支架工作阻力实测数据对其进行了验证。实测结果表明:中高位坚硬岩层压裂处理后,来压期间液压支架整体平均工作阻力可降低约15%,增强了现用支架的适用性。研究成果提出了一种液压支架适应性分析方法,可为支架选型、设计提供参考。Aiming at the problem of obvious strata behavior and strong disturbance in fully mechanized caving mining at extra-thick coal seams of 15 m and above,the selection problem of hydraulic support is based on a single foundation.Take the 10 million-ton mine in the ultra-thick coal seam of Datong mining area as the research object.Using the methods of theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and on-site measurement,a strata system model of"near field cantilever structure+far field masonry structure"for fully mechanized caving mining in extra-thick coal seams is established.And the method for determining the working resistance of hydraulic supports under this condition is determined.The instability of the middle and high hard rock strata controlling the far-field masonry structure is the key reason for the abnormal working resistance of the hydraulic support.A FLAC numerical simulation analysis method of hydraulic support working status and support resistance is established.The adaptability of the four-pillar hydraulic support for mining extra-thick coal seams in Datong mining area before and after the treatment of middle and high hard strata is compared and analyzed,and the measured data of the hydraulic support working resistance is used to verify it.The in-situ measurement results show that after the fracturing treatment of the middle and high strata,the average working resistance of the hydraulic support can be reduced by about 15%during the weighting period.The research results put forward a method for analyzing the adaptability of hydraulic supports,which can provide references for the selection and design of supports.
