摘  要:基于西南地区复杂的地质条件,提出了以大倾角(35°~55°)综采工作面安全快速过冲刷带为中心,以4056综采工作面过冲刷带为例,研究了快速形成大倾角综采设备回撤、安装通道技术,大倾角综采设备快速回撤、安装工艺,大倾角综采工作面过冲刷带的工艺,研究结果:4056综采工作面安全快速通过了冲刷带,节约时间近4个月;提高了优质资源的采出率,取得良好的经济效益,积累了丰富的安全生产经验。Based on the complex geological conditions in Southwest China,put forward the technology of rapidly forming the withdrawal and installation channel of large angle fully mechanized mining equipment,the rapid withdrawal and installation technology of large angle fully mechanized mining equipment,and the over scour zone of large angle fully mechanized mining face,taking the safe and rapid over scour zone of large angle(35°-55°)fully mechanized mining face as the center and taking the over scour zone of 4056 fully mechanized mining face as an example,research results:4056 fully mechanized mining face safely and quickly passed through the scouring zone,saving time for nearly 4months;it has improved the recovery rate of high-quality resources,achieved good economic benefits,and accumulated rich experience in safety production.
