摘 要:为了解决钱营孜煤矿W3211台阶工作面风巷的超前支护问题,实测围岩地质力学后,提出了分阶段主动式超前支护技术,设计了W3211风巷分阶段超前支护方案,替代了原有的单体液压支柱被动式超前支护技术。在保证巷道稳定性的同时极大的降低了工人的劳动强度。提高了工作面生产技术水平,改革了超前支护模式,为钱营孜煤矿32煤层类似条件工作面提供了有益参考。In order to solve the problem of advance support of W3211 bench face air roadway in Qianyingzi coal mine,after measuring the geomechanics of surrounding rock,the phased active advance support technology is proposed,and the phased advance support scheme of W3211 air roadway is designed,which replaces the original single hydraulic prop passive super front support technology.While ensuring the stability of the roadway,it greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers.The production technology level of the working face is improved and the advanced support mode is reformed,which provides a useful reference for the working face with similar conditions in 32coal seam of Qianyingzi coal mine.
