摘 要:基于串草圪旦煤矿特厚煤层的地质赋存条件,为实现综放工作面高效率自动放煤,提出特厚煤层整体移架分区切片式自动放顶煤工艺N+1模式;采用数值模拟PFC2D软件分析了放煤顺序、放煤步距、放煤轮次对顶煤放出和混入矸石的影响,分析了液压支架系统对自动放煤的影响。研究结果表明:特厚煤层中上行顺序放煤量高于下行顺序放煤量;一刀一放回采率比两刀一放回采率高3.63%,多轮顺序放煤可比单轮顺序放煤提高回采率1.81%~3.92%;液压系统的滤芯堵塞是时序控制下自动放煤效果的限制性因素,采用人工干预和强约束控制可以实现时序控制的自动放顶煤技术。Based on the geological occurrence conditions of extra-thick coal seam in Chuancaogedan coal mine,in order to realize automatic top-coal caving with high efficiency in fully mechanized mining,N+1 mode of partition slice automatic top coal caving in super high seam is proposed.Numerical simulation software PFC2Dwas used to analyze the influence of drawing sequence,step distance and multi-round sequential coal caving on coal drawing quantity and gangue mixing,and the influence of hydraulic support system on automatic coal drawing.The results show that the coal discharge in upward sequence is higher than that in downward sequence.The recovery rate of one-cutone-caving is 3.63%higher than two-cut-one-caving,and the sequential coal drawing of multiple rounds is 1.81%-3.92%higher than that of single round.The blockage of filter element in hydraulic system is an important factor affecting the effect of automatic coal drawing under sequential control.Automatic top coal caving technology with time sequence control can be realized by manual intervention and constraint control.
