摘 要:防灭火材料是影响煤层自然发火防治效果的关键因素,泡沫材料因具有流动性强、堆积性好等优点,在煤矿现场防灭火工作中得到了广泛应用,泡沫材料的研发也因此成为众多专家学者的研究热点。基于此,根据泡沫材料的研发进程,对泡沫材料的研究成果进行了归纳分析,按泡沫的材料性质、灭火机理及适用性将其分为惰气泡沫、阻化泡沫、三相泡沫、凝胶泡沫、固化泡沫等五大类,浅析了各类泡沫的工艺特点、适用条件、防灭火效果,并对防灭火泡沫材料的发展进行了展望,以期为现场防灭火材料的选择和泡沫材料的未来研发提供参考。Fire prevention materials are the key factor affecting the natural fire prevention effect of coal seam.The foam materials have been widely used in fire prevention in coal mine site because of strong liquidity and good accumulation,and the research and development of foam materials has become a hot topic of many experts and scholars.Based on this,according to the foam research process,the research results of foam materials,according to the foam material properties,fire extinguishing mechanism,resistance foam,inert phase foam,gel foam,curing foam,five categories of foam process characteristics,applicable conditions,fire prevention effect,and the development of the fire prevention foam materials,in order to provide reference for the selection of fire prevention materials and the future development of foam materials.
