摘　　要：MB670掘锚一体机是目前长壁工作面快速掘进最先进的设备,它能够在截割过程中进行支护,实现掘、锚、运连续作业。但是掘锚一体机的设计理念为只能施工顺槽,只进不退,其配套系统效率较低,在联络巷、硐室及大断面切眼掘进施工十分困难,而且单体液压支柱支护滞后工作面迎头无法满足施工要求。为了解决上述问题,通过调研、设计、不断优化施工工序,针对设备运行过程中存在的缺陷,自主加工改造,创新出一套掘锚机配套设备巷道施工创新新工艺,让MB670掘锚一体机不仅限于顺槽掘进,而是在掘进过程能够完成顺槽、联络巷、硐室、大断面切眼掘进的一步到位。MB670-Integrated anchor digging machine is the most advanced equipment for fast excavation of longwall working face at present.It can support in the cutting process,and realize the continuous operation of excavation,anchor and transportation.However,the design concept of anchor digging machine is that it can only construct the trench and only advance without retreating.The efficiency of its supporting system is low,and it is very difficult to construct in the connecting lane,chamber and large section cutting hole excavation,and the single hydraulic prop support and backward working face can not meet the construction requirements.In order to solve the above problems,through research,design,continuous optimization of the construction process,aiming at the defects in the equipment operation process,independent processing and transformation,innovation of a set of anchor digging machine supporting equipment roadway construction innovation new technology,so that MB670 anchor digging machine is not only limited to the trench excavation,But in the excavation process can be completed in one step of the tunnel,contact lane,chamber,large section cutting hole excavation.
