综采工作面回撤用三角区特型支架的研制及应用实践

摘　　要：针对综采工作面回撤时三角区顶板支护的难题,研制了回撤专用三角区特型支架,采用一组3架型式(A+2B)。对支架在回撤工作面中的布置及配套关系、结构特点、主要技术参数等进行了阐述,同时对采用特型支架回撤工艺后的安装准备、安装方法、回撤工艺循环、收尾等全流程进行介绍,上述工艺在高家梁煤矿30103工作面回撤中成功应用,取得了良好的效果,降低了支架回撤难度,提高支架回撤的安全性和回撤效率。为相似条件下支架的回撤提供了借鉴。In order to solve a problem of roof support in a triangular area when performing withdrawing of the fully mechanized mining face,a special-type support used in the triangular area is developed for withdrawing,which adopts a set of 3 types(A+2B).An arrangement and matching relationship,structural characteristics,and main technical parameters of the support in the withdrawing face are expounded,and a whole process of installation preparation,installation method,withdrawing process cycle,and finishing after the withdrawing process by the special-type support is introduced.The above process was successfully applied in the withdrawing of 30103 mining face in Gaojialiang coal mine,thereby achieving good effects,reducing difficulties of withdrawing by the support,and improving safety and efficiency of withdrawing by the support.It provides a reference for the withdrawing by the support under similar conditions.
