摘  要:针对换风机工作环境复杂,易导致风机故障,威胁煤炭企业的安全生产的问题,设计了一种基于物联网技术的换风机监测系统,采用中国移动OneNET物联网开放平台作为远程数据存储平台,依据风机结构设定传感器监测点,通过各种传感器及摄像头实时采集风机运行数据,采用网络传输技术,通过企业以太网和移动通信网络分别传输至企业监控平台和远程数据平台,不仅使煤炭企业可以实时掌控风机运行状态,也使风机生产厂家等相关人员通过远程数据平台查询获取风机运行参数,通过参数分析,掌握风机工作状态,发现问题及时提供技术支持。并通过实验对风机进行监测,监测系统运行效果良好,获取数据及时准确,对企业的安全生产起到了良好的保障作用。In view of the complex working environment of the fan,which is easy to lead to fan failure and threaten the safe production of coal enterprises,a fan monitoring system based on Internet of things technology is designed.China Mobile OneNET open platform of Internet of things is used as the remote data storage platform,and the sensor monitoring points are set according to the fan structure.The operation data of the fan is collected in real time through various sensors and cameras,and transmitted to the enterprise monitoring platform and remote data platform through enterprise Ethernet and mobile communication network through network transmission technology,which not only enables the coal enterprise to control the operation status of the fan in real time,but also enables the relevant personnel such as the fan manufacturer to query and obtain the operation parameters of the fan through the remote data platform,through parameter analysis,master the working state of the fan,and provide technical support in time in case of problems.The fan is monitored through experiments.The monitoring system has good operation effect,timely and accurate data,and plays a good role in ensuring the safety production of enterprises.
