摘  要:ER307Ti是一种奥氏体不锈钢焊接线材,用于焊接具有耐热、耐蚀要求含钛不锈钢或异种钢焊接,其焊缝金属通过添加钛来固碳,防止晶间析出碳化铬,提高了焊缝的抗晶间腐蚀能力,具有良好的力学性能。但Ti元素的加入会形成TiN夹杂,在轧制变形应力的作用下易导致裂纹、掉块等缺陷。本文通过宏观和金相缺陷分析以及理论计算等手段研究缺陷产生的原因并提出解决方案,取得了良好的效果。ER307Ti is an austenitic stainless steel welding wire, which is used for welding titanium-containing stainless steel or dissimilar steel with heat and corrosion resistance requirements. The anti-intergranular corrosion ability of the weld has good mechanical properties. However, the addition of Ti element will form TiN inclusions,which can easily lead to rolling defects such as cracks and block drop under the action of rolling deformation stress.This paper studies the causes of defects and proposes solutions by means of macroscopic and metallographic defect analysis and theoretical calculation, and has achieved good results.
