摘 要:以115mm厚风电结构用耐低温SM490YB钢板为研究对象,选用Φ1.2mm的DW-A55L、双面U型坡口、80%Ar+20%CO_(2)混合气体保护、预热温度150℃、道间温度≤200℃的工艺进行焊接试验,对其焊接接头显微组织和力学性能进行试验研究。试验结果表明:在焊接热输入量为15kJ/cm的条件下,焊接接头可获得良好的综合性能,板厚1/2位置焊接接头抗拉强度>490MPa,板厚1/2处焊缝中心、FL、FL+2、FL+5和最大通过热影响区的-50℃冲击功平均值均>100J。This paper focuses on the welding performance of low-temperature resistant steel plate SM490YB with a thickness of 115mm for wind power structure. The welding test selected a process of Φ1.2mm DW-A55L welding wire, double-sided U-shaped groove, mixed gas protection of 80% Ar+20% CO2, preheating temperature of 150℃ and interlayer temperature ≤200℃ for testing the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint. The test results show that under the condition of welding heat input of 15kJ/cm, the welded joint achieves good comprehensive performance with the tensile strength higher than 490MPa at the position of half the plate thickness, and the average impact energy of-50℃ higher than 100J in the weld center, FL, FL+2, FL+5 and the heat-affected zone of half the plate thickness,.
