摘　　要：四川六合特材引进了达涅利公司二辊横移式可逆开坯机。自投产以来,因孔型设计和轧制工艺不合理,轧制过程中频繁发生轧件扭转现象,轧制极为不顺畅。本文重点浅析二辊横移式可逆开坯机的箱形孔型与导卫设计,保证轧制过程的稳态条件,提高轧制的稳定性。The company has introduced the two roll traverse-shift reversible billet mill from Danieli company.Since putting into production,due to the unreasonable pass design and rolling process, the phenomenon of rolling piece torsion frequently occurs in the rolling process, and the rolling is extremely difficult.This paper focuses on the analysis of the box pass and guide design of the two-roll transverse reversible bloom mill, which can ensure the steady-state conditions in the rolling process and improve the rolling stability.
