摘　　要：用生产测井仪器取得的压力、温度等参数是了解油田井下生产状况的重要手段,能为油田开发过程中研判的各种挖潜措施提供可靠依据。针对某项目中生产测井仪器需要在井下长时间工作、存储数据量较大的问题,使用AVR单片机、大容量存储器,充分运用各种降低井下仪器功耗的手段,研制成功本仪器。介绍了该生产测井仪器的结构组成、工作原理、主要参数、软件设计等。给出了用AVR单片机操作模数转换器MCP3302的关键点和向数据存储器AT45DB041写入数据的程序。该仪器适用范围广,适用于采油井、注水井的压力、温度监测,也可以用于其他相近数据采集系统。The pressure,temperature and other parameters obtained by production logging tool are important means to understand the downhole production status of the oilfield,which can provide reliable basis for various potential tapping measures studied and judged in the process of oilfield development.In order to solve the problem that the production logging instrument needs to work for a long time and store a large amount of data in a certain project,the instrument is developed by using AVR single chip microcomputer,large capacity memory and various means to reduce the power consumption of the downhole instrument.This paper introduces the structure,working principle,main parameters and software design of the production logging instrument.The key points of operating the analog-to-digital converter MCP3302 and the program of writing data to the data memory AT45DB041 are given.The instrument has a wide range of application,and is suitable for the pressure and temperature monitoring of production wells and water injection wells.
