摘  要:目的:分析保温毯及加温输液对老年重症颅脑损伤患者体温有效性。方法:选取我院53例老年重症颅脑损伤患者,32例术中使用保温毯及加温输液措施,21例术中未使用,设为观察组和对照组,对两组患者手术不同时间点的体温情况、术中液体出入情况进行对比分析。结果:观察两组患者术前两组体温差异不显著(P>0.05);术中不同时间点及术毕时,观察组体温较高于对照组、出血量较低于对照组(P<0.05);观察两组患者术中尿量、输血量出入情况发现(P>0.05)。结论:保温毯及加温输液对患者体温有效性较高,提高手术的安全性,同时还可减少患者术中出血量。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of thermal insulation blanket and heated infusion on body temperature in elderly patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods:53 elderly patients with severe craniocerebral injury in our hospital were selected.32 cases were treated with thermal insulation blanket and warm infusion during operation,and 21 cases were not used during operation.They were set as the observation group and the control group.The body temperature and intraoperative fluid in and out of the two groups at different time points were compared and analyzed.Results:there was no significant difference in body temperature between the two groups before operation(p>0.05);At different time points during and after operation,the body temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the amount of bleeding was lower than that of the control group(p<0.05);The difference of intraoperative urine volume and blood transfusion volume between the two groups was observed(p>0.05).Conclusion:heat preservation blanket and warm infusion are effective for patients'body temperature,improve the safety of operation,and reduce the amount of bleeding during operation.
