低温等离子射频刀扁桃体切除术疗效及相关指标分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨低温等离子射频刀扁桃体切除术效果。方法:选取80例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患儿根据治疗方式不同分为两组,其中等离子刀组42例患儿采用低温等离子射频刀治疗,传统手术组38例患儿采用传统剥离术,比较两组患儿各项指标及术后并发症情况。结果:等离子刀组围术期情况、术后睡眠情况、免疫功能、炎性因子指标及并发症发生率均显著优于传统手术组(P<0.05)。结论:使用低温等离子射频刀切除扁桃体术治疗OSAHS患儿,可有效缩短手术及住院时间,改善患儿睡眠质量,调节免疫功能,降低炎性因子,减少术后并发症。Objective:To investigate the effect of tonsillectomy with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency knife.Methods:Eighty children with obstructive sleep apnea hypoventilation syndrome were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,including 42 children in the plasma knife group treated with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency knife and 38 children in the traditional surgery group treated with traditional dissection,comparing the indicators and postoperative complications of the two groups.Results:The perioperative indicators,sleep status,immune function indicators,inflammatory factors,and postoperative complications in the plasma knife group after operation were significantly better than those in the traditional surgery group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tonsillectomy with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency knife can effectively shorten the operation time and hospital stay of children with OSAHS,improve their sleep quality,regulate their immune function,and reduce inflammatory factors and postoperative complications.
