摘　　要：目的:构建注射用还原型谷胱甘肽适宜性评价指标体系,并评价其临床用药合理性,指导临床用药,为药品临床综合评价工作提供参考。方法:以药品说明书为基础,结合文献资料、相关指南及专业书籍等,依据循证医学证据及专家意见确定注射用还原型谷胱甘肽适宜性评价指标。回顾性分析某院2020年1月1日~2021年12月31日使用注射用还原型谷胱甘肽的1813例住院患者,按照评价指标进行处方点评。结果:本研究中用药不适宜情况共467例,其中用药不合理问题主要为适应症不适宜(455例,97.43%)和用法用量不合理(12例,2.57%)。结论:在临床用药合理性评价分析中,注射用还原型谷胱甘肽的使用存在不合理情况,应进行有效干预,以提高临床合理用药水平。Objective:To establish the evaluation index system for the suitability of reduced glutathione for injection,evaluate the rationality of clinical use of the drug,guide clinical rational use of the drug,and provide reference for clinical comprehensive evaluation of drugs.Methods:Based on the drug package insert,considering relevant literatures,guidelines and professional books,as well as evidence-based medical evidence and expert opinions,the suitability evaluation index of reduced glutathione for injection was established.Retrospective analysis was conducted on 1813 inpatients who used reduced glutathione for injection in our hospital from January 1,2020 to December 31,2021,and commented according to the evaluation index.Result:A total of 467 cases of inappro priate medication use,and 455 cases(97.43%)with unreasonable indications and 12 cases(2.57%)with excessive dosage were identified.Conclusion:Based on the evaluation and analysis of the rationality of clinical drug use,the use of reduced glutathione for injection is unreasonable,and effective intervention should be carried out to improve clinical rational drug use.
