摘　　要：目的:探讨某院拆零口服药品裸片外观图片数据库的建立、搜索系统的设计及应用效果分析。方法:采集该院住院药房口服药品全自动药品分包机(ATDPS)常用拆零口服药品裸片图像,按照药理学分类建立药品图片数据库查询系统。按照药品名称或药品拼音首字母直接查询药品图片信息,进一步快速识别药品裸片外观图片。对系统上线前后,口服药包出门差错率及医务人员临床满意度进行分析。结果:该系统将ATDPS拆零药品裸片的出门差错发生率由0.17‰降低到0.01‰,临床满意度由系统上线前的82.74%提升到97.70%,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。系统上线以来共接受查询1568次。结论:该系统具有使用方便、快捷、信息准确及时的特点,提高了医务人员的工作效率和满意度。Objective:To explore the design and application of the retrieval system for pictures of packagedremoved oral drugs for dispensing and subpackage from a picture databasein a hospital.Methods:Theretrieval system is developed based on the established picturedatabase containing pharmacologically classified pictures of package-removed common oral drugs for dispensing and subpackage by an automatic tablet dispensing and packaging system(ATDPS)in the inpatient pharmacy,through which the picture of any drug can be retrieved by a drug name or the initials of the Chinese spelling of the drug to promptly identify the appearance of a drug.The error rate and clinical satisfaction of healthcare professionals for oral drugs dispensed into sachets at patient’s discharge were analyzed before and after the launch of the retrieval system.Results:With the launch of the retrieval system,the error rate for oral drugs dispensed and subpackaged at patient’s discharge was reduced to 0.01‰from 0.17‰,and the clinical satisfaction was improved to 97.70%from 82.74%,both indicating statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The retrieval system is helpful in the clinical practice with a total of 1568 retrievals performed since its launch.Conclusions:The retrieval system is user-friendly and provides information quickly,accurately and timely,and improves the work efficiency and satisfaction of healthcare professionals.
