摘 要:为解决水下浅埋地铁盾构隧道密封垫与混凝土管片结合处,特别是脚部容易发生渗漏水的问题,文章结合沈阳地铁4号线下穿长岛内河地铁盾构隧道项目,将传统的现场粘贴防水密封垫工艺优化为新型嵌入式管片密封垫,在管片生产时一同进行预制;另外,针对传统防水密封垫角部实心构造形式导致的拼装时易“隆起”甚至碎裂的不利于防水的弊端,经方案比选,在脚部中心位置增加2个孔径为8mm的空心孔可显著降低闭合压缩力和脚部接触应力,试验结果表明上述2项盾构隧道管片密封垫防水优化设计可有效提升密封垫防水的能力。To solve the problem of water seepage at the joint of underwater shallow buried metro shield tunnel gasket and concrete segment,especially at the corner,in combination with the shield tunnel project of Shenyang metro line 4undercrossing the Changdao urban river metro shield project,the paper optimizes the traditional on-site waterproof sealing pad technology into a new embedded segment sealing gasket,which is prefabricated together with the segment production.In addition,in view of the disadvantage that the traditional solid structural form of the waterproof gasket corner is easy to"bulge"and even crack during assembly,which is not conducive to waterproof.After comparison and selection,two hollow holes with an aperture of 8mm are added at the center of the corner to greatly reduce the closing compression force and corner contact stress.The results of the test show that the waterproof design optimization of the two shield tunnel segment gaskets can effectively improve the waterproof characteristic of the gaskets.
