摘 要:环境温度对非熔化极气体保护焊(TIG)堆焊过程中堆焊层的温度场与应力场有着重要影响。为了探明AISI 4130钢TIG堆焊Inconel 625合金过程中缺陷的产生原因,采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,对不同热输入量和不同环境温度条件下TIG堆焊Inconel 625合金的温度场和应力场分布规律进行研究。结果表明,当堆焊工艺参数相同时,在较低的环境温度下(0℃)焊缝残余应力高,分布不均匀,焊接变形大,容易产生焊接缺陷。通过适当降低焊接电流及焊接速度,在保证热输入量的条件下,可降低焊接峰值温度、残余应力及应变,从而减少裂纹、孔洞等焊接缺陷的产生,提高焊接质量。The ambient temperature has important effects on the temperature and stress fields of cladding layers during tungsten inert gas welding(TIG) claddings. In order to improve welding qualities,the investigation on the formation reasons of microdefects during TIG cladding of the Inconel 625 alloy on the AISI 4130 steel was conducted by using the ABAQUS finite element analysis software. The temperature and stress distributions at different heat inputs and different ambient temperatures were involved. The results show that with the ambient temperature decreased to 0 ℃,the residual stress levels increase and their distributions become uneven,which leads to formations of high welding deformation even cracks, holes, and other defects. Therefore,relatively low welding current and low welding speed can be selected to reduce the peak temperature,residual stress and strain level at the similar heat input,so as to reduce the formations of welding defects such as cracks and holes and improve the welding quality.
