摘 要:为实现搅拌釜人孔开闭的机械自动化,基于常规设计方法设计了一种液压自动启闭锁紧新型人孔盖装置。将简化之后的新型人孔盖装置三维模型导入有限元软件,应用ANSYS软件对人孔盖进行非确定性的强度校核,验证该新型人孔盖满足强度要求。针对强度分析中材料属性、载荷存在的随机性,基于模糊可靠性理论建立应力-强度干涉模型,并通过蒙特卡罗统计试验法进行求解。采用此方法可准确把握结构的可靠性,规避设计风险,为其他类似化工装备的可靠性设计提供一种合理的方法和依据。In order to realize the mechanical automation of manhole opening and closing of stirred tank,a new type of hydraulic automatic opening and closing manhole cover device was designed based on the conventional design method. The simplified three-dimensional model of the new manhole cover device was imported into the finite element software,and the non-deterministic strength of the manhole cover was checked by ANSYS software to verify that the new manhole cover met the strength requirements. Aiming at the randomness of material properties and load in strength analysis,a stress-strength interference model was established based on fuzzy reliability theory,and solved by Monte Carlo statistical test method. By adopting this method,the reliability of the structure can be accurately controlled to avoid design risks and it provides a reasonable method for the reliability design of other similar chemical equipment.
