摘　　要：为满足涡旋压缩机用高精度摆线转子齿轮油泵量产和研发需要,根据JB/T 8413.2—2010《内燃机机油泵第2部分:总成试验方法》,设计开发了齿轮油泵出厂快速性能试验台。介绍了齿轮油泵出厂快速性能试验台组成和内部结构、测试功能、测试范围和精度、主要控制方式和元件、试验过程以及安全防护要求等。采用此试验台可完成齿轮油泵性能的自动测试,极大提高齿轮油泵量产时的检测质量及效率。In order to meet the needs of mass production and research and development of high-precision cycloid rotor gear oil pump for scroll compressors,according to JB/T 8413.2—2010 “Internal Combustion Engines,Oil Pumps—Part 2:Assemblies—Methods for Test”,the gear oil pump factory quick performance test bed was designed and developed for the high-precision cycloid rotor gear oil pump of scroll compressor.The composition and internal structure,test function,test range and precision,main control methods and control elements,test process and safety protection requirements of the gear oil pump factory quick performance test bed are introduced. The test bed can be used to test the performance of gear oil pump automatically and greatly improve the quality and efficiency of gear oil pump in mass production.
