摘 要:基于失效物理可靠性理论,利用瞬态动力学方法仿真旋转滤网驱动齿轮三种运行工况下受力情况,识别齿轮应力薄弱位置为齿根位置,三种工况下齿根等效应力基本相同,基于应力-强度干涉理论的可靠度疲劳寿命计算方法,计算驱动齿轮的可靠寿命,运用Miner线性损伤累积理论建立可靠运行工况与周期计算的约束方程,为设备预防性更换周期制定提供输入。结果表明可靠度为0.95时,齿轮2个换料周期更换合理安全,可延长至4个换料周期,齿轮的疲劳损伤与转速正相关,应严格监控齿轮中高速运行时间。Based on the failure physical reliability theory, the stress condition of the driving gear of the rotary screen under three operating conditions is simulated by using the transient dynamics method, the gear stress weak position is identified as tooth root position, and the tooth root equivalent stress is basically the same under three conditions, The reliability fatigue life calculation method based on the stress-strength interference theory is used to calculate the reliability life of the driving gear. The Miner linear damage accumulation theory is used to establish the constraint equation of reliable operation condition and cycle calculation, which provides input for the formulation of preventive replacement cycle of equipment. The results show that when the reliability is 0.95, two gear feeding cycles are reasonably safe and can be extended to 4 feeding cycles, fatigue damage of gear is positively correlated with rotational speed, and high speed running time should be strictly monitored.
