摘　　要：保障医疗卫生服务的公平性是政府不可推卸的责任,研究政府在现行卫生服务系统中的责任机制和运行模式,并借鉴国外(巴西)政府在实现医疗公平中的经验,结合我国政府在实现医疗公平中的现状,探讨实现医疗公平中政府应采取的责任机制,以期为实现医疗公平提供理论依据。It is an indispensable responsibility of the government to ensure the fairness of medical and health services.The responsibility mechanism and operation mode of the government should be studied in the current health service system,learn from the experience of foreign(Brazilian)governments in achieving medical equity,and combine the current situation of the Chinese government in achieving medical equity to explore the responsibility mechanism that the government should adopt in achieving medical equity,so as to provide a theoretical basis for achieving medical equity.
