摘  要:采用新疆产紫草对兔毛织物进行染色,研究色素提取工艺、兔毛织物染色工艺以及环境友好型媒染剂对兔毛织物染色性能的影响。结果表明:在提取温度为50℃、提取时间为2 h、m(紫草)∶m(乙醇)=1∶10、乙醇体积分数为95%、提取次数为2次时,有效色素的提取率可以达到93.87%。采用直接染色工艺时,在染料用量为4%(omf)、pH为4、温度为90℃、时间为60 min的条件下,K/S值较高(9.2)。分别采用铝盐和铁盐作为媒染剂对兔毛织物进行预媒染、同浴媒染以及后媒染,测试染色织物的K/S值以及各项色牢度,结果表明:铝盐预媒染和铁盐后媒染可以达到较好的染色效果。The rabbit hair fabric was dyed by Arnebia euchroma from Xinjiang, and the effects of pigment extraction process, dyeing process of rabbit hair fabric and environment-friendly mordant on dyeing performance of rabbit hair fabrics were studied. The results showed that the extraction yield of pigment could reach 93.87% when the extraction temperature was 50 ℃, the extraction time was 2 h, m(Arnebia euchroma)∶m(ethanol)=1∶10, the ethanol concentration was 95%, the extraction times were twice. When the direct dyeing process was adopted, the K/S value was higher(9.2) when the dye dosage was 4%(omf), the pH was 4,the temperature was 90 ℃, and the time was 60 min. Aluminum salt and iron salt were used as mordant for dyeing rabbit hair fabric, pre-mordant dyeing, bath mordant dyeing and post-mordant dyeing were studied.The K/S value and various fastness were evaluated. The results showed that aluminum salt pre-mordant dyeing and iron salt post-mordant dyeing could achieve better dyeing effects.
